Properties Revived works on projects of all sizes and this was the biggest of them all!  From Drilling a well to stripping the building to the bones while maintaining the original frame.  This house received a full makeover.  New electrical, plumbing, insulation, and an all-new layout.  The 100+-year-old attic was massive so I utilized the space to the best of its ability by adding dormers to make it a second story.

The breezeway and old cellar were also utilized and created a large living space connecting to the garage and a quaint laundry/mudroom.  Original wood from replacing the roof was used to create the hood vent and stair rail.  Original 1913 siding was exposed in the additions creating a beautiful feature wall in 2 rooms and an original door was repurposed in the master as a sliding barn door.  Too much to mention but it was an absolute success!
