In this space, a creative blend of lines and curves was layered into the existing structure and design, expertly showcasing the old while incorporating the new. The result is a place of balance and beauty, in harmony with its surroundings while showcasing the homes remaining original features.

This Bungalow comprised of remodeling the entire main floor, updating all electrical, removing a wall for a brand new kitchen and open concept space.  We were able to preserve an original built-in cabinet from 1923 as well.

In addition, an interior stairwell was built to access the unfinished basement,  plumbing was added and upgraded while framing and completion of 3 bedrooms, a living area, 1 bath, and a utility room in the downstairs space nearly doubling the homes overall value.
